Primo Service Solutions (“the Company” or “PRI”) is a subsidiary of Origin Property (“ORI”), which held 100% of the Company’s paid-up registered capital prior to this offering of newly issued shares. The Company operates as a holding company, investing in other companies that provide comprehensive, one-stop services to real estate clients and related customer groups.
